Data deletion instructions
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Finery Cast is the internal tool we use to publish posts to its own businesses’ social media accounts. If an account was connected to Finery Cast, you can remove its access and have the data we hold about it deleted at any time, in any of these ways.
Option 1 — Remove access from the platform
Facebook & Instagram
- In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Finery Cast and choose Remove.
Meta then tells us automatically, and we delete the data for that account. You’ll get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
YouTube (Google)
- Go to your Google Account → Third-party connections.
- Select Finery Cast.
- Choose Delete all connections you have with Finery Cast.
Our tokens stop working immediately, and we delete them the next time Finery Cast checks the connection (at least once a day).
TikTok
- In the TikTok app, open Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy.
- Open Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions.
- Select Finery Cast and choose Remove access.
Our tokens stop working immediately and are deleted at the next daily check.
Option 2 — Ask us directly
Send us a message through our contact form, choose the topic “Data deletion” and tell us which account it is (platform and name or handle). We confirm by email once it’s done.
What we delete
- The access and refresh tokens for the account.
- The account’s stored ID, name, handle and profile picture link.
- Any videos or photos still waiting on our server for that account, and its post records and logs.
Posts that were already published stay on the platform, because they belong to the account — you can delete them in the platform itself. We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was received and completed (its code and date), with no other personal data.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, and usually much sooner.
