1. About Finery Cast

Finery Cast (“we”, “us”) is an internal software tool. It publishes videos, photos and text posts created by our team to social media accounts owned by our businesses. These terms apply to anyone who visits this website or uses Finery Cast.

2. Who may use it

Finery Cast is not open to the public and has no public sign-up. Only people we have authorized may sign in, and only to manage accounts owned by our businesses. You must keep your password and two-factor device private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your access.

3. Connected accounts

You may connect only social media accounts that our businesses own or that you are authorized to manage for them. By connecting an account you confirm you have that authority, and you allow Finery Cast to publish the content you prepare to that account. You can disconnect any account at any time.

4. Platform terms

Content published through Finery Cast must follow the rules of each platform. By using the related features you agree to:

• the YouTube Terms of Service (Finery Cast uses the YouTube API Services), and the Google Privacy Policy;
• the Meta Terms of Service, the Pages, Groups and Events Policies and the Instagram Terms of Use;
• the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the content you publish through Finery Cast. You must have the rights to it (including music, images and footage), and it must be lawful, accurate and not misleading. Our businesses keep all rights to their content; Finery Cast only stores and sends it as needed to publish it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Finery Cast to post spam, to post to accounts you are not authorized to manage, to break any law or platform rule, to try to get around platform limits, or to interfere with the security or operation of Finery Cast.

7. Availability

We work to keep Finery Cast reliable, but posts depend on each platform’s systems and approvals. A platform may delay, limit, reject or remove a post, or change its rules. We may change, pause or stop Finery Cast or any feature at any time.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers

Finery Cast is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will reach a particular audience.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the use of Finery Cast or from actions taken by any platform.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end anyone’s access at any time, especially if these terms are broken. When access ends, accounts connected by that person can be disconnected and their tokens deleted.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Finery Cast after a change means you accept the updated terms.
